Abstract

The article considers general principals of U-Xing Five elements as one of family categories of Chinese culture that determines co-operations of Elements of ethnic matrix of sacramental presentation of the China ethnos about bases of the general Universe. This theme needs to develop approaches, as the traditional concept of U-Xing Five elements containing for itself five classes (Tree, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) that characterize the state and intercommunication of all operating things and phenomena. Analyzing the theoretical basis of the proposed issue, including the works of foreigh scientists, we define the directions of research and training vectors of this topic. Naturally, there are two basic cyclic co-operations of five Elements: direct and reverse. In the context of research, the author focuses his attention on the anatomic and topographical indexes of U-Xing. It is described in detail the possibility of impact this theory on both the person involved in the sport and the accompanying characteristics of motor activity. It was traditionally thought that there is no movement as an action, because it can be imagined as a set of static positions of the body, so masters began training with pillar exercises. Not disputing with the method of training (static or dynamic), the author notes that among experts it is widely believed that the main method of objective verification of athletes’ achievements, especially in game sports, is video recording of the performance. Such filming of an athlete’s performance can only be impartial if the subjective view of the operator and the film editor is overcome. So, the authors, focused on the Eisenstein’s “Fourth Dimension”, codify in the Time-Thrust Tarkovsky installation. A detailed study of the theoretical principles of human motion filming shows numerous parallels with the types of Oriental gymnastics, which are based on virtually identical abstract ideas regarding the objection of the Movement, both in the training and performance of the athlete (Pillar Exercises) and in their fixation (Bergsonian understanding of motion). It is more important to draw attention to the fact that in the natural objective fixation of an event, the theoretical “Fourth Dimension” of S. Eisenstein’s reality should be practically implemented by A. Tarkovsky through the “Timethrust” model of which is a simple simplex. But the model of natural-philosophical theory of U-Xing directly corresponds to the simplex. A direct comparison of identical models of Oriental natural philosophy (U-Xing) and model of objective filming of the reality in A.Tarkovsky’s method “Timethrust” (Simplex) allows to make preliminary conclusions about the possibility of theoretical generalization of the training process in Oriental gymnastics and its fixation as a method of gradual improvement (simplex method), or a known mathematical method for solving linear programming problems, in which a directional motion is made on the basic plans to find the optimal solution (J. Danzig). The main principles of the training and the sport event itself correspond to the basic rules of its objective fixation with the creation of audiovisual image and can be reduced to a mathematical problem of optimization by the simplex method.

Key words U-Xing; Oriental gymnastics; montage; simplex method.
